Happy Wednesday Mommies!

hari ni semua orng ber'wordless wednesday',tp si mak buyung ni gedik nk tepek video exercise plak,hehe~

orng pagi2 dah exercise,ni nk dekat tgh hari bru nk buat..to m2b semua,blhla try k..kalau tak blh buat jgn paksa diri tau,buat mana yg mampu.. =)

rhana:welcome dear..kalau sakit bdn try stretching pagi2,before solat subuh i mesti buat stretching sbb bgn pagi kaki tangan semua sengal..huhuhu~

leonora:tq sis!bestla swimming,dulu before preggy yun salu pergi swimming,but now,baju mandi dah ketat..but for the time being,i'll try yoga.. =)
